The Opening Ceremony of “Strengthening Intermodal Transport Services in Turkish Railway Sector (U-IMT)” Project was held

The opening ceremony of the “Strengthening Intermodal Transport Services in Turkish Railway Sector” project financed under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) 2014-2020 period Transport Sector Operational Programme was held with the participation of Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, on April 5, 2023 in Ankara. 

In his opening speech, Deputy Minister Ambassador Bozay emphasized that the results of the project will contribute significantly to the green transition of transport sector, the digital agenda and Türkiye’s EU alignment process.

The event in which Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay made opening speeches, continued with the presentation of the project.
