PROJECT SUMMARY

Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

The project, consisting of supply and matching components, aims to develop Türkiye's capacity to determine seized drugs' origin and chemical profile. In this context, the establishment of a drug profiling Center in the Ankara Police Forensic Laboratory will be supported, and the capacity of the existing profiling center in the Gendarmerie Forensic Laboratory will be strengthened.

Materials and systems will be purchased for laboratories with the project's procurement component; staff training will be supported with the twinning component.
