Project Preparation Workshop for the First Call under Black Sea Basin Programme Held in Ordu

The first call for proposals under Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Program, in which Directorate for the EU Affairs is the National Authority in Türkiye, was published on 30 March 2023. Within the scope of the first call, which will remain open until July 4, a project preparation workshop was organized in Ordu on May 4th, 2023 for potential beneficiaries of the Programme.

The event started with the opening speech of Mr. Serdar ÖZTÜRK, Deputy Director General of Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation. In his speech, Mr. ÖZTÜRK underlined the importance of the participants for the effective use of funds allocated to our country under the programme.

During the event organized by Programme Managing Authority, the representatives from public and local authorities, universities, educational institutions, business support organizations, development agencies, NGOs and other institutions aiming to submit projects from 25 provinces in the programme area in Türkiye attended the workshop. The participants  were informed about such topics as key requirements of the call, developing transnational project ideas, project intervention logic, project budget development, application form and submission process.
