Minister Ömer Çelik placed a wreath at the Dardanelles Memorial in Halifax
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Ömer Çelik and Chief of Staff General Hulusi Akar, who participated in the 9th Halifax International Security Forum in Canada, visited the Dardanelles Memorial in Halifax.
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Ömer Çelik and Chief of Staff General Hulusi Akar, who were accompanied by Turkish Ambassador to Canada Selçuk Ünal, visited and placed a wreath at the memorial at the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 in honour of the common history of Turkish and Canadian soldiers in the Dardanelles.
The visit ended with photographs taken of the delegation.
