IPA III
This period, like other periods, will be carried out within the framework of the objectives of developing Turkey's capacity for harmonization with the EU acquis and implementation of the acquis, as well as creating capacities for economic and social harmonization.
In the new period, where there is no country allocation, a total of 14.2 billion Euros of funds have been allocated to the beneficiary countries with the principle of fair sharing.

2021 Programming: 16 projects – €104.5 million allocation
When IPARD (Rural Development Programme), Contribution to Union Programmes, Civil Society Instrument directly managed by the EU Delegation to Turkey and Cross-Border Cooperation Programme are included, the total amount of funds to be allocated to Turkey for 2021 is €208.5 million.
2022 Programming: 22 projects – €111.5 million
When IPARD, Cross-Border Cooperation and similar programmes are included, the total allocation is €221 million.
Programming for 2023: 11 projects – 43.5 million Euros
