Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı visited Çerkezköy-Kapıkule construction site of Halkalı – Kapıkule Railway Line Project. This Project, which is being implemented by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure under the Sectoral Operational Programme for Transport (SOPT), is the biggest infrastructure project funded under the IPA-II period.
