PROJECT SUMMARY |

Brief description of the project and main objectives |
The IPA III Programming Framework aims to support Türkiye in adopting and implementing the political, institutional, legal, administrative, social and economic reforms to comply with Union values and to progressively align with Union rules, standards, policies and practices, thereby contributing to stability, security and prosperity. In line with this aim, the strengthening of economic and social development in Türkiye through education, social inclusion and employment policies can be achieved through these three areas of support: Employment, Education, and Social Policy. |

Increasing workplace compliance by improving the institutional capacity of the Guidance and Inspection Board and social partners Raising awareness about decent work, and strengthening guidance services and developing the talents and skills of not only young people in education but also young people in NEETs’ (not in Education, Employment or Training) profile within the scope of Industry 4.0 Strengthening the education system through improving national institutional capacity to provide quality digital education in Türkiye including resilience to shocks like Covid-19 Promoting social protection and social inclusion of vulnerable children in Türkiye by strengthening the institutional capacity of the child protection system |
