Horizon Europe Program Private Sector Awareness Raising Event was held in İstanbul

Horizon Europe Program Private Sector Awareness Event, hosted by Koç Holding, was held in Istanbul on 27 June 2022, with the participation of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı, Head of the EU Delegation to Türkiye Ambassador Nikolaus Meyer-Landrut, President of TÜBİTAK Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, Rector of Koç University Prof. Dr. Umran İnan and Koç Holding CEO Levent Çakıroğlu.

Horizon Europe program and R&D opportunities that the private sector can benefit from were introduced in the meeting, attended by senior management representatives of Koç Holding, general managers of Koç group companies and distinguished representatives from the private sector.

In the panel section of the meeting, the achievements and success stories of Koç Holding and group companies within the scope of Horizon Europe program were shared with the guests. In this context, participants from different ecosystems were invited to explore the opportunities under the Horizon Europe Program in order to increase our country's leading role in science and technology and to increase its competitiveness in international markets.
