Joint Programming Committee of Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin CBC Programme met online
The fifth Joint Programming Committee meeting of Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin CBC Programme, in which our Directorate act as the National Authority, was held online on 27 July 2021. Representatives of the National Authorities from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Georgia, Armenia and Türkiye as well as the Programme's Managing Authority, Joint Technical Secretariat and the European Commission participated in the meeting in which Türkiye was represented by the delegation headed by Ms. Şebnem Sözer, Head of Union Programmes and Cross-border Cooperation Department.
During the meeting, the Committee members approved fields of activity to be financed, provisional breakdown (percentage) of the budget per priority, size of projects (small scale, regular, flagship projects) and also discussed co-financing at programme level, apportionment of liabilities, role of National Authorities and Group of Auditors and management verifications for the future Programme.
