PROJECT SUMMARY

Brief description of the project and main objectives
 

The project aims to raise awareness on migration at the national level and increase awareness. It is aimed to support the proactive attitude of all local actors involved in the new migration management system.

Achievements / expected outputs

Developing an Awareness Raising Strategy;

Preparation of an information kit containing a manual and CD for informing government officials;

Preparation of a 10-minute educational video;

Organizing a "Migrants Week", where cross-cultural events and an exhibition will take place;

Organizing two events to raise awareness by celebrating International Migrants’ Day;

Organizing events to promote the Migrant Resource Centre;

Organizing an information session for parliamentarians to advocate human rights-based approaches to migration management.
