Prepatory Meeting of Sub-Committee No. 2 on Internal Market and Competition was held

Prepatory meeting of the of Sub-Committee No. 2 on Internal Market and Competition between Türkiye and the EU was held in Ankara on 8 September 2026, co-chaired by Elif Kurşunlu, Director General for Relations with the EU.

During the meeting, recent developments in Türkiye and the EU with regard to Chapter 3: Right of Establishment and Freedom to Provide Services, Chapter 5: Public Procurement, Chapter 6: Company Law, Chapter 7: Intellectual Property Law, Chapter 8: Competition Policy and Chapter 28: Consumer and Health Protection were discussed.
