Political consultations between Türkiye and Portugal held with the participation of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı
Political consultations between Türkiye and Portugal were held online on 2 March 2021 under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı and Ambassador Ana Paula Zacarias, Secretary of State for European Affairs of Portugal, currently holding the EU Presidency.
During the political consultations, bilateral relations between Türkiye and Portugal as well as Türkiye-EU relations, regional challenges and opportunities for cooperation were discussed in detail.
