Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı headed the Delegation of Türkiye attending the third United Nations (UN) Universal Periodic Review (UPR) cycle of Türkiye held between 28-30 January 2020 in Geneva where the Ambassador met with representatives of Troika countries, Secretariat of the UPR.

Having delivered a speech during the reception of the report as head of Turkish Delegation within the framework of third Universal Periodic Review cycle of Türkiye, Ambassador Kaymakcı also met with United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet and Swiss Foreign Ministry Swiss State Secretary Ambassador Krystyna Marty Lang.

In the meantime, Ambassador Kaymakcı came together with Swiss Turkish community representatives and resident Turkish business people as well.
