Fourth Task Force Meeting of Interreg NEXT Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme (2021-2027) was held
The fourth meeting of the Task Force of Interreg NEXT Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme, which is among the cooperation programmes at external borders of the EU for 2021-2027 period, was conducted online on 4 May 2021.
Representatives from the national delegations from 15 Mediterranean countries as well as from the Programme's Managing Authority and the European Commission participated in the meeting in which Türkiye was represented by the delegation headed by Ms. Şebnem Sözer, Head of Union Programmes and Cross Border Cooperation Department.
During the meeting, results of the consultation process conducted over the Programme’s specific objectives and key actions for the 2021-2027 period were evaluated and then the new governance structure of the future Programme was discussed.
