Sub-Committee No.4 on Economic and Monetary Issues, Capital Movements and Statistics Preparation Meeting was held

The preparation meeting of the Sub-Committee No.4 on Economic and Monetary Issues, Capital Movements and Statistics, chaired by Elif Kurşunlu, Director General for Relations with the EU, was held at the Directorate for EU Affairs on 18 September 2025. 

During the preparation meeting, relevant institutions exchanged views on the issues related to the Sub Committee meeting which will be held on 21 October 2025 in Ankara. The recent developments and the state of play with regard to Economic Criteria, 4-Free Movement of Capital, 9- Financial Services, 17- Economic and Monetary Policy and 18- Statistics in Türkiye and the EU will be discussed at the meeting.
