Meeting on new structures of IPA was held

Within the scope of the studies on the new structure of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) for the 2021-27 period a consultation meeting was held on 29 March 2023 with the participation of the representatives from the National Authorizing Officer (NAO), the Central Finance and Contracts Unit and the Annual Programme Operatıng Structures under the chairmanship of Bülent ÖZCAN, the General Director of Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation of the Directorate for EU Affairs.

In the new period of the IPA, within the scope of the questions regarding the duties and responsibilities of our institutions within the framework of the Entrustment of Budget Implementation Tasks (EBIT) for the years 2021-2022, consultations were held on the new structuring in connection with the issues that became clear with the meetings between the European Commission and the NAO Office.
