“The European Week of Sport” kicks off simultaneously in the 81 provinces of Türkiye

The European Week of Sport activities themed “Sports and Health Days for All”, which were held under the auspices of the Youth and Sports Ministry and Directorate for EU Affairs with coordination of Turkish Sports for All Federation, kicked off simultaneously in the 81 provinces of Türkiye.

The European Week of Sport is celebrated across Europe every year between 23-30 September with the slogan "Be active".

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı emphasized that sports should be part of life for all of us, from 7 to 70.
