Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı met with Ambassador Juan Gonzalez-Barba, the recently appointed State Secretary for the EU Affairs of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı met with Juan Gonzalez-Barba, the Ambassador of Spain to Ankara, who has recently been appointed as Secretary of State for the EU Affairs of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, EU and Cooperation.
During the meeting held on 5 February 2020 in Ankara, Türkiye-EU relations and the future of bilateral relations with Spain were discussed in detail. Kaymakcı congratulated Ambassador Juan Gonzalez-Barba and wished success for his new duty.
