77th Meeting of the Türkiye-EU Joint Parliamentary Committee was held in Brussels
77th meeting of the Türkiye-EU Joint Parliamentary Committee co-chaired by İsmail Emrah Karayel and Manolis Kefalogiannis have convened on 26th April 2018 in Brussels.
In the first session, Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı, Permanent Delegate of Türkiye to the EU, Emilia Kraleva Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria on behalf of the EU Presidency, Maciej Popowski, Deputy Director-General of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission and Javier Nino Perez on behalf of European External Action Service expressed their views on “Türkiye-EU Relations and State of Play in the Accession Negotiations”.
The second and third sessions of the meeting were about “Türkiye-EU Economic Cooperation” and “Security Challenges”.
