Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu’s Visit to France
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and accompanying delegation paid an official visit to France on July 16, 2014. As part of his visits, Çavuşoğlu firstly met with Gianni Buquicchio, the President of the Venice Commission.
After his meeting with Buquicchio, Çavuşoğlu visited European Parliament where he met with Jan Zahradil, President of the Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists, Morten Messerschmidt, leader of the Danish People's Party and Hans-Olaf Henkel, MEP from Alternative für Deutschland. After his visits, Çavuşoğlu attended the iftar program organized by the Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists (AECR).
