Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu’s Visit to Montenegro
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and his accompanying delegation paid an official visit to Montenegro on June 8, 2014. Within the framework of his Montenegro visit, Minister Çavuşoğlu first attended the openning session of "Cetinje Parliamentary Forum" in Montenegro and delivered a speech on "Women in Business " at the 16th meeting of the Forum.
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu then met with Mr Ranko Krivokapic, the speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro.
Following his meeting with Mr. Filip Vujanović, the President of Montenegro, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu met with the members of the Montenegro Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
At the second day of his visit, Minister Çavuşoğlu first met with Mr Igor Lukšić, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro and then participated to the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Protocol between the Ministry for EU Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro.
Following the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Protocol, press conference was held.
