Open Call for Proposals for the Third Group Grant Schemes Under Civil Society Dialogue Between the EU and Türkiye-IV Project was Published

The third group call for proposals of the "Civil Society Dialogue between the EU and Türkiye-IV” (CSD-IV) was announced on 4^th March 2015. The third group call for proposals consists of three separate grant schemes, namely “Regional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments”, “Enterprise and Industrial Policy” and “Agriculture and Fisheries”. The grant schemes have been launched as a continuation of previous civil society dialogue projects conducted by the Ministry for EU Affairs since 2008. Three grant schemes will be funded through a resource amounting to 4 million Euros.

The priority areas of the grant schemes are as follows:

Regional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments

-      Sustainable development and strategic planning in regional development

-      Economic development models and analytical tools for Development Agencies

-      Common database for regional policy design

-      Monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of development policies

-      Effective partnership in regional planning

Enterprise and Industrial Policy

-       Entrepreneurial learning and development of entrepreneurial skills

-      Improvement of energy and environmental performances of products and production lines

-      Exchange of information, experiences, and best practices to adopt environment sensitive and energy efficient products, technologies and production processes.

Agriculture and Fisheries

-      Agriculture and Rural Development,

-      Food Safety, Veterinary and Phytosanitary,

-      Fisheries

The grantees will be given the opportunity to establish strong links and a high level cooperation between civil society in Türkiye and the EU Member States through civil society dialogue in the mentioned areas.

Total amount to be granted for “Agriculture and Fisheries” Grant Scheme is 2 million Euros and for the “Regional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments” and “Enterprise and Industrial Policy” Grant Schemes are 1 million Euros each. The minimum amount to be granted for each grant project is 50.000 Euros and the maximum is 150.000 Euros.
