Third meeting of the Board of EU Programmes and Agencies was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Foreign Minister and EU Director Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı

Formed in accordance with “Presidency Circular Law No 2019/20 on Management of Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistances and EU Programmes Accession”, Board of EU Programmes and Agency convened online at the third meeting under the chairmanship of Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs.

In the meeting, in which high level representatives of the related institutions attended, Digital Transformation Office of the Presidency of Türkiye, Ministy of Environment and Urban Planning, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Industry and Technology  and Turkish Space Agency  presented evaluation reports of the working groups and the participants exchanged ideas of Türkiye’s accession to the EU Programmes in 2021-2027 period.

In this regard, the Board decided to communicate our intention to participate in Digital Europe, EU4Health, InvestEU, LIFE, Single Market, ESA programmes to the European Union and to start negotiations in the ongoing process.
