Joint Monitoring Committee Meeting of the INTERREG Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross Border Cooperation Programme Was Convened
The Joint Monitoring Committee Meeting of the INTERREG Bulgaria-Türkiye IPA Cross Border Cooperation Programme (2014-2020) was held in Edirne on 9 January 2018.
The Joint Monitoring Committee meeting was co-chaired by representative of Bulgarian Ministry for Regional Development and Financial Cooperation Directorate Director of Turkish Ministry for EU Affairs Ms Beyza Turan. The representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Development, Governorship of Edirne and Governorship of Kırklareli from Türkiye and representatives of the central and local governmental administration from Bulgaria participated to the meeting.
In the meeting the application package for the second call for proposals and assessment rules for the project applications were approved by the Committee. Besides, Managing Authority informed about the progress in the implementation of Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria-Türkiye Programme for the period of 2014-2020.
