Note: No technical adaptation as such in the Directive but obligation to publish in Official Journal (C  Series) which (new) Member States authorise the placing on the market of irradiated food other than those in EU list and which irradiation facilities in (new) Member States are approved by the national competent authorities for the treatment of  food by ionising radiation. / 31999L0002 / OJ L 066 13.03.1999 p.16
