EU Minister Ömer Çelik's Message of Condolence to the U.K.
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Ömer Çelik condemned the terrorist attack targeting a concert hall in Manchester and expressed his condolences to the U.K. for those who have lost their lives in the attack.
Sharing the condolence message on his Twitter account, EU Minister Ömer Çelik said “I condemn the terror attack in Manchester in the strongest possible terms. A barbaric attack against innocent people. The ones who massacre innocent people are enemies of humanity. They attack on all humanity.”.
Stressing that terrorism does not have a religion, language, race or country, Minister Ömer Çelik stated the following:
“Our joint fight against this scourge will continue unabated at all fronts. We are in solidarity with all humanity with our determined and principled position against all terrorist organisations. Our thoughts are with the victims of this appalling attack. Extend our condolences to the people and government of the U.K.”
