Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı Attended the Openning Ceremony of the Sixth Phase of the Civil Society Dialogue between Türkiye and the EU and the Third Phase of Civil Society Support Programme

The Opening Ceremony of the Sixth Phase of the Civil Society Dialogue between Türkiye and the EU and the Third Phase of Civil Society Support Programme implemented by the Directorate for EU Affairs within the framework of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) was held on October 8, 2021 in İstanbul.

In the opening session of the event, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Director for EU Affairs, Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı assessed the Türkiye-EU relations through an online survey.

Under Civil Society Dialogue VI and Civil Society Support Programme III of which implementation period covers 2021 and 2021 years, 67 grant projects with a total budget of approximately 8 million euros in different thematic areas, including environment, culture and arts, education, vulnerable groups, and business world are being carried out by the civil society organizations in Türkiye and the European Union.
