Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı received delegation from the Agricultural and Rural Development Support Institution (ARDSI) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
During the meeting, the state of play in the Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA) and in the rural development component (IPARD), studies currently being carried out and the future prospects regarding the IPARD II Programme (2014-2020) were discussed.
