Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı made an opening speech in the Launch Event of Technical Assistance Project for Establishing Strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Coordination Mechanism for National Roma Integration Strategy on 13 July 2021. The project has been funded under Fundamental Rights Sub-field 2016 Programming, which Directorate for EU Affairs functions as Lead Institution in IPA II Period.
The Project will support the effective implementation of the Strategy Paper for Roma Citizens and a monitoring and evaluation mechanism will be established for the Strategy Document.
In his opening speech, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı emphasized the importance of the project and stated that the results of the project will contribute to the policies and services to be implemented for the Roma citizens in the coming period.
