Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı met with Dominick Chilcott, Ambassador of United Kingdom to Türkiye
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı met with Dominick Chilcott, Ambassador of United Kingdom to Ankara, on 12th of February 2019, at the Directorate for EU Affairs.
During the meeting, Türkiye-United Kingdom bilateral relations and possible post-Brexit situation were discussed in detail. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı stated that both parties are agreed on protecting bilateral economic relations and also citizens’ rights reciprocally regardless of the outcomes of the Brexit process.
