Erasmus+ Committee Was Held Online
Erasmus+ Committee was held online
The Erasmus+ Programme (the Union Programme of the EU in the fields of education, youth and sport organized by the European Commission) Committee was held online on 14 January 2022. EU Affairs Experts Arzu Akar and Dr. Petek Karatekelioğlu and Assistant Specialist Umut Şaşmaz the Committee meeting as the representatives of the Directorate for EU Affairs.
At the Committee meeting, the European Commission gave information about the activities to be carried out within the scope of the 2022 European Year of Youth. The Commission also emphasized the importance of its compliance with the social inclusion and diversity strategy, which is one of the priorities of the programme and stated that the budget of the programme will increase from 138 million Euros to 150 million Euros in 2022.
