Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı attended the Award Ceremony of the 9 May Europe Day Short Film Contest

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı attended the Award Ceremony of the 9 May Europe Day Short Film Contest, organized by the Ministry of National Education General Directorate of EU and Foreign Relations and supported within the scope of the EU Communication Strategy (EUCS) on June 1, 2021.

Students aged 15 to 17 residing in Europe participated in the contest, with short films about why EU membership of Türkiye should be supported by Türkiye and the EU public.

At the award ceremony, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Kaymakcı emphasized the importance of the awareness of Türkiye's EU membership and the support of our youth to the EU process, congratulated all students participating in the contest and wished them success throughout their education.
