Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı Chaired the IPA-II Period Financial Cooperation Committee Meeting

“Turkish Financial Cooperation Committee” as one of the coordination platforms regarding Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA)-II Period (2014-2020) was held on 8 November 2018 with the participation of the high-level representatives of the relevant ministries and institutions under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı.

The meeting was held at the Directorate for EU Affairs before the “IPA Joint Monitoring Committee” meeting scheduled on 12 November 2018. At the meeting representatives of the ministries and institutions discussed how the IPA funds which prepare Türkiye for EU membership can be used most efficiently and the current state of play in Türkiye-EU financial cooperation in detail.
