We present our condolences to the Russian people and state. This is not only Russian people's sorrow but also ours. Turkish and Russian peoples lost a common value. This tragic incident will be investigated thoroughly and all details will be brought to light. We lost a very distinguished diplomat, who worked for improving bilateral relations.

This attack targeted the Turkish-Russian relations. Türkiye and Russia are united in common sense against this attack which aimed chaos. Common sense is the clearest response to this attack. We have to intensify our solidarity against all sorts of terrorism. We have to be determined on this matter. Türkiye is well experienced against attempts to steer domestic and foreign policies by terrorism. Aim of this attack is obvious in this period. The dialogue between Türkiye & Russia based on common sense is the most important ground to avert this aim. This ground is very solid. We will further strengthen this ground of dialogue to avert the aim of the attack. We will not let terror to build policy.
