Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Ambassador Volkan Bozkır wrapped up his visit to Brussels

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Ambassador Volkan Bozkır paid a visit to Brussels on 4-5 February 2016 to hold official talks with the EU Commissioners.

Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Ambassador Volkan Bozkır met with Valdis Dombrovskis, European Commission's Vice-President for the Euro and Social Dialogue, and with Neven Mimica, European Commissioner for International Cooperation and Development within the framework of his visit to Brussels.

In his meetings with EU Commissioners, Minister Bozkır exchanged views on all aspects of Türkiye-EU relations, the cooperation on migration, economic dialogue and the collaboration on international development.

Meeting with Turkish citizens living in Belgium at a session organized by the Belgium Office of the Union of European Turkish Democrats (UETD), Minister Bozkır also visited to Turkish neighbourhood in Schaerbeek and talked to Turkish citizens and shopkeepers.

Visiting to Brussels International Tourism Fair, the last stop of his two-day visit to Brussels, Minister Bozkır came together with tourism professionals representing Türkiye at Tourism Fair.
