Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry for EU Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania
Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry for EU Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania on cooperation in the field of European integration will be signed by Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator, Ambassador Volkan Bozkır and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania Ambassador Linas Antanas Linkevičius in Ankara on 8 December 2014 on the margins of the state visit of H.E. Dalia Grybauskaite, President of Lithuania, to Türkiye.
The Memorandum of Understanding will serve the purpose of enhancing cooperation in the field of legal approximation and development of administrative and institutional capacities by sharing experience, regular consultations, exchange of experts and organizing joint training programmes.
The support extended by Lithuania to our EU accession process will become more concrete with this Memorandum of Understanding.
