Bulgaria-Türkiye IPA Cross-border Programme-Training Seminar on Project Implementation

Training Seminar “Project Implementation” for all Bulgarian and Turkish beneficiaries of subsidy contracts funded under the Second and the Third Call for proposals in the framework of Bulgaria-Türkiye IPA Cross-border Programme.           
The Joint Technical Secretariat in cooperation with DG “Territorial Cooperation Management”, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Republic of Bulgaria (Managing Authority) and Ministry for EU Affairs, Financial Cooperation Directorate, Republic of Türkiye (National Authority) organizes Training seminar "Project implementation" for all Bulgarian and Turkish beneficiaries of subsidy contracts funded under the Third Call for proposals in the framework of Bulgaria-Türkiye IPA Cross-border Programme.

The Training seminar will take place on 27 November 2014 at 09:30 at Balkan Convention Center, Trakya University, Edirne (Türkiye).

During the Training seminar a new approach will be introduced based on the following identified needs: to strengthen the partnership relations between the Bulgarian and the Turkish beneficiaries, to determine and tackle the common problems and to find out common solutions.

Having in mind the need to ease the beneficiaries and to achieve better level of understanding the training will be done in Bulgarian and in Turkish. For this reason two separate modules are envisaged: a theoretical part with presentations on the basic issues and a practical part for discussion of common problems and challenges.

The training seminar is open for representatives of all Bulgarian and Turkish partners under the Second and the Third Call for Proposals who have signed subsidy contracts until 27.11.2014. 2 persons per project partner are invited - Project manager/coordinator and Project Financial Expert/accountant.
