Technical Briefing on the European Neighbourhood Instrument CBC Strategy Was Held

Within the framework of re-designing of the European Neighbourhood Instrument (ENI) cross-border cooperation (CBC) programmes for the period of 2014-2020, in order to inform the relevant Turkish institutions, a technical briefing was held by the Ministry for Affairs Financial Cooperation Directorate in cooperation with the INTERACT on 13 June 2013. Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign affairs, the Ministry of Development, the Undersecretariat of Treasury, the Central Finance and Contracts Unit and the EU Delegation in Türkiye attended the meeting. Besides the ENI CBC strategy, the rules of implementation, roles and responsibilities of partner countries in management, control and audit spheres and further details on the implementation of the Black Sea Basin Programme in the upcoming period were addressed during the meeting.
