Announcement to The Project Beneficiaries Under Bulgaria-Türkiye IPA CBC Programme
The expenditures with the exception of tax, social security and office expenditures, whose invoices are received after the project duration, should be made before the project expiration date. Besides the transfer to the bank accounts of providers of supply/service/works from the project budget should be made in the project duration.
On the other hand, the last request for payment should cover all the expenditures related to the last period of project. Hence, project beneficiary should send his request for payment after realizations all of the expenditures.
