For the reason that Annex 12 of Bulgaria- Turkey IPA Cross Border Cooperation Programme- Project Implemantation Manual (PIM) “decleration of lack of double funding and revenue” is a document prepared according to the national legislation of Bulgaria, it is not necessary for Turkish beneficiaries to submit such a document to the Managing Authority.
