Statement About the Changes in the Updated Version of PRAG

The Managing Authority (MA) of the Bulgaria-Türkiye IPA Cross-border Programme has informed the beneficiaries implementing projects under the Programme, about the changes in PRAG concerning the “competitive negotiated procedures” and “single tender procedures for service contract”.
