Second Call for Proposals Under The Black Sea Basin Programme

Second call for Proposals under the ENPI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme, is now open. The institutions and organizations situated in the programme's Eligible Area and defined as potential beneficiaries in the Joint Operational Programme document, can submit projects in accordance with the Guidelines for Applicants published along with this call for proposals, no later than 30 September 2011.

Within the scope of the programme, only the projects submitted by partnerships consisting of potential beneficiaries from the Programme's Eligible Area (Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Türkiye and Ukraine), are accepted. Eligible Area covers the following cities in Türkiye:

İstanbul, Tekirdağ, Edirne, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Düzce, Bolu, Yalova, Zonguldak, Karabük, Bartın, Kastamonu, Çankırı, Sinop, Samsun, Tokat, Çorum, Amasya, Trabzon, Ordu, Giresun, Rize, Artvin, Gümüþhane.

Partnership platforms are created to provide the cross border cooperation in Black Sea Basin, through the institutions and organizations to participate in the Programme.
