ENPI Black Sea Basin CBC Programme, Partnership Forums in Yerevan and Istanbul

ENPI BLACK SEA BASIN CBC PROGRAMME'S PARTNERSHIP FORUMS IN YEREVAN AND ISTANBUL


Two partnership forums within the scope of ENPI Black Sea Basin Programme, will take place in Yerevan and İstanbul, respectively on 19 April 2011 and 5 May 2011. These meeting will serve as a platform for the potential beneficiaries who are willing to submit project ideas under the Second Call for Proposals to be launched in April, to obtain up-to-date information about the programme and to mature their project ideas, to build partnerships, attaining an overall objective of the programme.


All potential beneficiaries are strongly encouraged to participate in these meetings where partnerships are and related experience is exchanged.


The meetings will be carried out through the cooperation between Turkish Secretariat General for EU Affairs, Romania's Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism, acting as Joint Managing Authority of the programme, Ministry of Economy from Armenia, and Regional Capacity Building Initiative (RCBI).


The partnership forums are addressed to all potential applicants and partners of the Programme Potential eligible organisations include bodies governed by public law, local and regional administrations, universities, non-governmental organisations, associations of agricultural producers and fishermen, research and higher education institutions, public agencies and organisations representing economic and social interests in eligible regions. Participation is limited to one representative per institution. The number of participants is limited to 18 persons per country.


The registration is open for the Partnership forum in Yerevan. The registration for Istanbul will be opened next week. Please, click for the registration form of Yerevan forum. The registration will be closed once the number of 18 people from that specific country has been reached, but not later than 7 of April 2011.

Those who cannot participate in person can briefly present their project ideas via skype. If you wish to present your project idea by skype, please send an email to info@rcbi.info and RCBI will contact you to make the arrangements.
