EU Minister Ömer Çelik spoke with Michael Roth, German Minister of State for Europe by phone
Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Ömer Çelik spoke with Michael Roth, the Minister of State for Europe of the Federal Republic of Germany by phone today (07 March 2017).
During the phone conversation with his German counterpart, EU Minister Ömer Çelik expressed his concerns regarding the prevention of Turkish Ministers' meetings with Turkish citizens in Germany and pointed out that meeting with citizens is a democratic right and blocking this right is unacceptable.
