A working lunch on Türkiye-EU financial cooperation process was held

Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry for EU Affairs, Ahmet YÜCEL, hosted a working lunch on Türkiye – EU financial cooperation process, in order to ensure an efficient and effective programming, implementation and monitoring of the projects.

High level ownership of the beneficiaries was underlined as one of the most important aspects of effective implementation of the projects. Furthermore, ensuring cooperation and efficient communication channels among beneficiary institutions, taking necessary steps for the acceleration of implementation in the new IPA period, maintaining the institutional capacity of beneficiary institutions, and ensuring the sustainability of the project outputs were emphasized as outstanding issues in the process.
