Partnership Forum for the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin has been organized in İstanbul
The Second Partnership Forum for the first call for proposals of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, whose National Authority is Ministry for EU Affairs, has been organized on 24th of November, 2016 in İstanbul.
At the beginning of the event in which representatives of local and regional authorities, chambers of agriculture, commerce and industry, civil society organisations, universities, educational and research institutions from the 8 countries (Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Türkiye, Ukraine) under the scope of the Programme participated, Financial Cooperation Director of Ministry for EU Affairs Beyza Turan made a welcome speech.
In the first part of the day, participants received information about the Programme and the Application Pack for the first call for proposals, while the second part was dedicated to support participants for establishing partnerships in order to realize their project ideas by several events.
