Project Preparation Events for the First Call for Proposals under the Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020

The first call for project proposals of the ENI CBC “Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Programme 2014-2020, whose National Authority is Ministry for EU Affairs, launched on 31st of January 2017. In this framework, project preparation events will be organized in İstanbul on 14 March 2017 and in Sinop on 16 March 2017 by the Managing Authority (Romanian Ministry for Regional Development, Public Administration and EU Funds), TESIM (Technical Support to the implementation and management of ENI CBC programmes) and Turkish National Authority (Ministry for EU Affairs).
