A Consultation Meeting was held on the Mitigation of De-Commitment Risk for the Year 2015 on III., IV. and V. Components of the IPA-I Period.
A meeting on de-commitment risk for the year 2015 regarding III., IV. and V. components of IPA-I period was hosted by Ministry for EU Affairs on 6 October 2015 with the participation of the relevant Turkish Institutions responsible for the management of Operational Programmes and IPARD.
The meeting was launched with the opening speech of Ambassador Rauf Engin SOYSAL, Undersecretary of the Ministry for EU Affairs. During the meeting, the measures and plans which will help mitigate the de-commitment risk of funds in the year 2015 and the effective execution of the operations in the years 2016 and 2017 were discussed.
