Joint Monitoring Committee of the Black Sea Cross Border Cooperation Programme was conveyed.

The Joint Monitoring Committee Meeting of the ENPI Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Programme, in which Ministry for EU Affairs act as National Authority of Türkiye, was conveyed on 29 September 2015 in Burgas, Bulgaria.  Relevant representatives of Programme countries, namely Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia, Ukraine and Türkiye attended the meeting.

Lessons learned from projects implemented under two calls in 2007-2013 period, problems encountered in the implementation of these projects and measures to be taken against problems as well as risks faced by currently implementing projects were discussed at the Committee meeting.  While four projects in which Turkish partners take part and chosen as the best practice samples among projects under the Programme were introduced in details, financial implementation of the Programme was also evaluated in the meeting and the Committee members were informed by the JMA about the state of play in the financial implementation.
