Bulgaria-Türkiye IPA CBC Programme Project Implementation Training Was Held

A project implementation training was conducted by Ministry for European Union Affairs in cooperation with the Joint Technical Secretariat, in Trakya University Balkan Congress Center on 27th November 2014 in Edirne for the beneficiaries of the projects whose contracts were signed and whose budget negotiations are completed under second and third calls for proposals of Bulgaria-Türkiye IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme.

Following the opening remarks the project beneficiaries were provided with the information about the financial and technical implementation of the projects, sub-tendering procedures, monitoring and irregularity issues. In addition to this, in order to discuss the most problematic issues of the project implementation a common platform is established consisting of Turkish and Bulgarian partners and Questions&Answers session realized finally.
